Heart disease is an umbrella term for a number of different diseases affecting the heart. As of 2007, it is the leading cause of death in the United States, England, Canada and Wales, killing one person every 34 seconds in the United States alone.
The blood vessels consist of arteries, arterioles, capillaries, venules, and veins. All blood is carried in these vessels. The arteries, which are strong, flexible, and resilient, carry blood away from the heart and bear the highest blood pressures. Because arteries are elastic, they narrow (recoil) passively when the heart is relaxing between beats and thus help maintain blood pressure. The arteries branch into smaller and smaller vessels, eventually becoming very small vessels called arterioles. Arteries and arterioles have muscular walls that can adjust their diameter to increase or decrease blood flow to a particular part of the body.

Enough With Antioxidants! What's the Deal Anyway?

antioxidants are everwhere today .... açaí berry, pomegranate, blueberries, too much juice added, almost every business is health to them!

Any help detoxify your body from free radicals and toxins, and some companies go so far as they say, "Promotion of Energy" or "change the way you feel" (depending on marketing products, which they are).

But ...

If you have tried these and not to any significant or significantly different results, no need to worry! They should not be the antioxidant groups in order to suit your needs detoxifying. True this (food and vitamins /etc) sources can be your body slightly, but in the long term, this is not the answer.

Did you know the age of 20 the body starts reducing the amount of glutathione and ATP (also known as energy).

Glutathione? What is correct?

Instead of doing Wikipedia or Google search InDepth the answers, here is a Laymans manner of implementation.

To put it simply it is the body of the captain ANTIOXIDANT

Now, those in the right perspective, 5 units of vitamin C = 1 unit of the antioxidant and 1 unit of glutathione antioxidant = 1000000 units.

Simply put, if you have a lower glutathione levels, you will receive lower energy.

How can I get more Glutathione? It is of course to 7 + trillion cells in your body.

How can I find out how low my glutathione levels really are? A blood test can be done to find out where exactly.

Is there any way to this process? Not every individual can, it depends on your body chemistry, but that's not all!

Where can I learn more Glutathione? You can not! Okay, I formulate that your body will not "Glutathione suppliment". You need a certain combination of amino acids, penetrate every cell of your body, which in turn provide them with the requirements of more glutathione.
