Most doctors are not aware of this fact, but there are numerous studies show nutrients matter - and can actually complement the mechanical aspects of the valve function. For example, it has been shown that magnesium plays a role in the mitral prolapse.

This is only the tip of the iceberg. In fact, nutrition and dietary supplements can play a primary role in maintaining optimal heart health - and even reverse many chronic heart diseases. We talk more about this later, but now let's explore problems within the same coronary problems arteries.
Circulatory
